Objects: The Property Assigned Shall Be Held Upon Trust For The Purpose Of A Centre For The Use Of The Penygraig Community Project To Promote The Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Penygraig And The Neighbourhood Without Distinction Of Sex Or Of Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By The Advancement Of Education And Provision Of Facilities In The Interest Of Social Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
