IN ADDITION TO OPERATION OF THE WHOLLY OWNED COMPANY HYA TRAINING LIMITED, THE SOLE CHARITABLE ACTIVITY OF HUMBERSIDE YOUTH ASSOCIATION LIMITED IS PROPOSED TO BE A FUNDING PROGRAMME THAT MEETS THE CHARITYÔÇÖS OBJECTS AND GEOGRAPHICAL SPREAD AS OUTLINED IN THE MEMORANDUM AND ARTICLES OF THE ASSOCIATION. THE PROGRAMME WILL PROVIDE SMALL GRANTS TO ORGANISATIONS OR INDIVIDUALS.

Objects: To Promote Purposes For The Benefit Of Young People Living In The County Of Humberside And In Particular To Help Educate Then Through Their Leisure Time Activities (But Not Exclusively So) To Develop Their Physical, Mental And Spiritual Capacities So That They May Grow To Full Maturity As Individuals And As Members Of Society And So That Their Conditions Of Life May Be Improved.
