Para 1.17 and 1.19	In line with our powers to promote plays, drama, comedies, operas, operettas, and other dramatic and operatic works of educative value, we presented the family pantomime “Alice in Wonderland” at Landau Forte College, Derby in February 2023. This production continued our policy to be accessible to people from across the community and was a production which we felt would appeal to all ages.
Statement confirming whether the trustees have had regard to the guidance issued by the Charity Commission on public benefit	Para 1.18	In planning our activities, the trustees have considered the Charity Commission’s guidance on public benefit, including the guidance on public benefit and fee charging - In order not to unreasonably restrict the benefits, concessionary ticket prices and group discounts were offered for the above production. Membership of the Society is open to all – this offers opportunities to a broad range of members of the pubic to be involved in our activities.
