**Objects:** TO APPLY THE TRUST FUND AND THE INCOME THEREOF IN AND FOR THE EQUIPMENT MAINTENANCE REPAIR INSURANCE RECONSTRUCTION CLEANING AND GENERAL UPKEEP OF THE CATHEDRAL BUILDINGS IN AND FOR THE ALTERATIONS OF THE CATHEDRAL HIGH ALTAR AND SIDE ALTARS TO ACCORD WITH THE DEMANDS OF THE MODERN LITURGY; IN AND FOR THE PURCHASE OF LAND AND/OR BUILDINGS OR FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OR ALTERATION OF A BUILDING (AS THE CASE MAY BE) FOR USE AS A CHURCH HALL OR MEETING ROOM; FOR SUCH OTHER PURPOSES BEING CHARIBABLE AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE CATHEDRAL

**Activities:** The Fund is available to assist in raising monies for the benefit of the Cathedral's upkeep.  Recently the Cathedral has been given a major refurbishment and reordering. This fund has assisted in donating monies towards the costs.
