(B) The Relief Of Poverty And Provision Of Aid To The Poor And Needy. (C) The Relief Of The Sick And Aged. (D) To Provide Vocational Training And Work Experience For Young Persons For A Period Not Exceeding Twelve Months In Order That They May Obtain Gainful Employment.
