**Objects:** THE TRUSTEES SHALL APPLY THE CLEAR YEARLY INCOME OF THE CHARITY IN THE MANNER FOLLOWING: (1) IN PROVIDING FOR ANY SCHOOL IN THE PARISH SUCH SPECIAL BENEFITS OF ANY KIND NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LEA AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME BE AGREED BETWEEN THE SCHOOL GOVERNORS AND THE TRUSTEES AFTER CONSULTATION WITH THE LEA. (2) IN PROMOTING THE EDUCATION (INCLUDING SOCIAL AND PHYSICAL TRAINING) OF PERSONS UNDER THE AGE OF 25 YEARS WHO ARE OR WHO HAVE A PARENT OR PARENTS RESIDENT IN THE PARISH AND WHO ARE IN NEED OF FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE IN ONE OR MORE OF THE FOLLOWING WAYS (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE SCHEME).
