**Objects:** FOR THE PURPOSES OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISHES OF WHEELTON AND HEAPEY IN THE COUNTY OF LANCASHIRE WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES  AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Activities currently taking place at the village hall are:-  nursery, table tennis club, song circle, dance, yoga, Pilates, Little Folk, Brownies, social events, parties. Committees and parish council meetings, Post Office
