highest recorded membership in over 20
years, reflecting the charity’s growing
impact and popularity. LFYFC celebrated
its 80th anniversary in June 2024, marking
a milestone in its commitment to fostering
skills, community engagement, and
personal development. One of our key
achievements this year was the delivery of
a safe driving campaign, which educated
young drivers on the importance of road
safety, making a tangible impact on
reducing accidents and promoting safer
driving practices. Additionally, the charity
organised its first-ever county ski trip,
providing members with new opportunities
for adventure and teamwork. We have
continued to deliver our usual calendar of
events, offering a diverse range of activities
that promote leadership, confidence, and
social interaction. These events foster a
strong sense of community, helping
members build lasting friendships while
enhancing their employability through skill
development..

Federations.

I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31/08/2024.

Responsibilities and As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the basis of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).

I report in respect of my examination of the Trust’s accounts carried out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
