**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF WESTON UNDER REDCASTLE IN THE COUNTY OF SHROPSHIRE (HEREINAFTER CALLED "THE AREA OF BENEFIT") WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLICTICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** As we have no school, shop or public house, the village hall is therefore the only focal point for the village. It provides a facility that is available to all the residents , various committees,social groups and is available for private functions to the villagers. The elected committee & trustees oversee the use, maintenance & provision of all the facilities that are available to all.
