**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION BY FOSTERING AND PROMOTING FOR THE BENEFIT OF THE PUBLIC THE IMPROVEMENT AND DEVELOPMENT OF ARTISTIC KNOWLEDGE, TASTE, UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS, AND TO INCREASE THE ACCESSIBILITY OF THE ARTS, THROUGHOUT THE NORTH WEST OF ENGLAND.

**Activities:** The charity provides an educational service using contemporary visual arts. It does so by presenting new and thought-provoking exhibitions, events, talks and workshops accessible by the public. Its talent development activities for emerging artists such as mentoring, training and other professional development facilities act to nurture creativity and connect them with audiences.
