Note: The restricted fund relates to the CCLA Nelson Salt Account. This was originally known as the Oncology Account and was used purely to benefit oncology and seriously ill patients. As the hospital no longer treats oncology patients it was agreed at the 2019 Annual General Meeting to rename it in honour of the two people responsible for setting it up, Dr Chris Nelson and Jill Salt, and to use it to help seriously ill patients.

> **On accounts for the year 31 December 2022 Charity no 515465 ended:** I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above charity (“the Trust”) for the year ended 31 December 2022. **Responsibilities and basis** As the charity trustees of the Trust, you are responsible for the preparation **of report** of the accounts in accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (“the Act”).
