**Objects:** TO HELP AND EDUCATE YOUNG PEOPLE OF THE CITY OF SHEFFIELD UNDER THE AGED OF 25 AND IN PARTICULAR THOSE YOUNG PEOPLE WHO ARE UNEMPLOYED BY THE PROVISON OF TRAINING FACILITIES AND THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES SO TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL MENTAL AND SPIRITUAL CAPACITIES THAT THEY MEY GROW TO FULL MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERS OF SOCIETY AND THAT THEIR CONDITONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED. **Activities:** The principle activity and objects of the company during the year under review, in line with its constitution, continued to be the creation of employment via the establishment of small business, together with the provision of nursery and gymnasium facilities to provide services for all, especially the unemployed and deprived of Sheffield.
