**Objects:** (A) TO PROMOTE THE EDUCATION OF THE PUBLIC IN ALL CHINESE CULTURES AND TRADITIONS AND THE CHINESE LANGUAGE; (B) IN THE INTERESTS OF SOCIAL WELFARE TO PROVIDE RECREATIONAL AND EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE AREA OF BENEFIT IN WHICH THE ASSOCIATION SHALL OPERATE; (C) TO ESTABLISH OR SECURE THE ESTABLISHMENT OF A CENTRE OR CENTRES.
