In recent year8 we have extended our delivery internationally. In 2019 we delivered a project in SantrJS, Brazil for 15 crestive social entrepreneurs who were embarking on setting up thetr own cultural businesses. Methods of appointment or 8lection of trustees The management of the company is the responslblllty of the trustees who are elected and co-opted under the terms of the M6morandum of Association. c. Oryanisational stNcture and declslonwmaking policie6 The directors are responsibte for the overall governance of the charity. Directors are ekcied on the récommendation of fellow directors and through an open recrultment process and the minimum number of directors is 6 with a current maximum of 10. A director Is appointed for a term of three years wilh a maximum parlod of office of terms. Dlrectors are not ellgible for re-election for a perlod of eleven months from th8 date of termination.
