TRUSTEES, REPORT INCOME o Our Trust Fund Account shows an opening balance of £19.433.66. most of which was for Rotary4Foodbanks IR4FBI. o Income from our fundraising activities. donations. Just Giving. Gift Aid and Rotary Grants came to £15.486.54. o This gave a total of £34.920.20. EXPENDITURE o Total expenditure came to £28.834.22. mainly to the various Charities as listed, bank charges and running costs. o A final amount of £20.035.21 was paid to complete our involvement with R4FB. IN SUMMARY o All income & expenditure was reported at six meetings of the Tnjstees, which were open to the Club Council and all members. o The Trustees had the final say in all expenditure having listened to suggestions from the District Governor. Club Council and club members. o The account was examined and approved by independent examiners as in the enclosed Income & Expenditure Summary and the Approval Certificate. o The closing balance of £6.085.98 was retained for the Rotary year 2022-2023.
