This has enabled us to make**<br>**significant grants to organisations within**<br>**the town. For example we were able to**<br>**make a grant of £15,000 to Thirsk School**<br>**(secondary ) for special educational**<br>**needs facilities. This helped the young**<br>**people, their families , the school and the**<br>**wider community by helping the young**<br>**people deal with their problems.**|

NB HSBC CHANGED THE COMMUNITY ACCOUNT TO AN ACCOUNT CALLED CHARITABLE ACCOUNT IN 21/22 THEY ALSO INTRODUCED CHARGES FOR HAVING AN ACCOUNT AND AN ITEM CHARGE PER CHEQUE USED. 

Trustees changed arrangements so that rental income went direct to Money Maker and hence earned interest hence only income in Charitable account is from transfer from Money Maker A/c.
