Promote the welfare of young people in Mosborough, Halfway, Westfield and Waterthorpe .
Objects: (A) To Promote The Benefit Of Young People In The Halfway, Mosborough, Waterthorpe And Westfield Districts In The City Of Sheffield (Hereinafter Known As The Area Of Benefit) Without Distinction Of Sex, Political, Religious Or Other Opinions By Associating The Local Authority, Voluntary Organisations And The Inhabitants, In A Common Effort To Advance Education And To Provide Facilities In The Interests Of Socil Welfare For Recreation And Leisure Time Occupation, With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life Of The Said Young People. (B) To Establish Or Secure The Establishment Of A Building (Hereinafter Called The Centre) And To Maintain And Manage, Or To Co-Operate With Any Local Statutory Authority In The Maintenance Of Such A Centre For Activities Promoted By The Project In The Furtherance Of The Above Objects.
