**Objects:** The Purposes of the Charity are:The advancement of education to include, but not limited to:-• Community Education.• Training and lifelong learning.• The development of individual capabilities, competencies, skills and understanding.The Prevention or relief of poverty by;• The provision of grants/funds at predetermined periods of the year (as set by the Board) usually twice yearly, to help our beneficiaries with funds for recreational pursuits or training to bring their quality of life to a reasonable standard or by paying for items, services or facilities where appropriate, if otherwise could not be afforded.Advancement of citizenship or community development by;• Promotion of civic responsibility and good citizenship through outreach and community work.• To encourage the promotion of volunteering.• Promote advancement of health and well-being activities through community engagement and social inclusion.The promotion of social inclusion by;• To promote social inclusion for the public benefit by preventing people from becoming socially excluded, relieving the needs of those people who are socially excluded and assisting them to integrate into society.• Socially excluded means being excluded from society or part of society as a result of being a member of socially and economically deprived community.Any other charitable purpose• Gifts including monies, for the benefit of organisations providing services to the community of Herefordshire within our beneficiary sector.• Our beneficiaries included vulnerable adults, disability, children and young people.• Promotion of health and well-being for our beneficiaries.

**Activities:** Provide support for the benefit of the Charity and its trainees/workers/members, its ethos and ideologies. To constantly strive to support and be of benefit to the local community and the vulnerable people within it. Primary purpose trading to raise funds by selling products through retail outlets for the benefit of the Charities members (trainees) with activities, holidays and distress grants.
