It gives me great pleasure to present myfinancial report this year.
Firstly I wish to thank our Vice Chairman Denis Murray for all his hard
work overthis year, as Denis has certainlyworked extremely hard at
the hall and also Tracywho has worked hard in the background and also
on site organisingthe emptying of our kitchen.etc My thanks to Sue
Robinson for all her great workthrough this last year.
Mythanks also to Paula Spence for giving up her time to raise money
for this hall. even though she doesn't live in the community or doesn't
sit on the committee. Also manythanks to Avril Cracknell. Sue Harker
and Maggie Spence who continue to selltickets for us to make our
events successful.
Hire of Hall£315.00 which is down aswe haven't hired as much this
last year due to alterations taking place.
The second payment came in from the Estate of Alfie Alderson of
£62.500.00.
The children's party collection amounted to £19.00.
The Bingo evenings, Maggie's birthday raised £175 and the 2.° £130.00.
Tree planting £415 and £400 was spent on the purchase of trees.
Donation came in for £50 and the bank interestwas £2030.65.

Running costs:_ Insurance £1066.54 a little less than last year as the
bonfire insurance was not to paythis year.
Electricity£1,011.09 less asthe hallwas not used as much.
Lottery registration £20.00. Ayton Fire £67.20 as just service this year.
Website domain increased to £218.24. Maintenance £169.50 a little
lower. Rent for strip of land as car parking £1.00. Caretaker £280.00.
Electrical repairs £326.50. Purchase of a mobile heater £2.200.00.
Purchase of 4 trees £400.00.
