SORP<br>reference<br> The charity is not a Grant making body.<br>Policy on grant making Para 1.38  All activities are run by volunteers, who devote<br>a substantial amount of their time to organise<br>events and preparation for festivals.<br> As mentioned in the last year Trustees Annual<br>Report 30 [th]  January 2021 “the deep drift are<br>appearing between the Management<br>Committee and the Custodian Trustees”<br> This statement is not true; there is a conflict<br>between Vice President, Secretary and Elected<br>Trustees.<br> The main reason for conflict is because<br>Secretary dictates, is a one point of contact<br>and makes final decisions on his own.<br> Vice President is not a residence of Walsall<br>Metropolitan Borough Council and should not<br>have taken an executive role as per<br>constitution. Secretary should have checked<br>the terms and conditions as per constitution<br>before appointing their leadership as Acting<br>Vice President.<br> There is also a conflict of interest as the<br>Secretary is also a Treasurer of Hindu Forum,<br>Walsall and is more focused on Hindu Forum<br>Activities. This is clearly stated in last year<br>Trustee Annual Report 2021. The Secretary<br>has been asked to stop creating self-billing<br>invoices for Hindu Forum without the<br>knowledge of the committee.<br> At all times during the Covid19 pandemic the<br>elected trustees have asked Vice President<br>and Secretary to follow the Government<br>guidelines to safeguard the devotees,<br>employee and community.<br> 4 unelected co-opted members together with<br>Vice President and Secretary held events<br>behind the closed doors. - It was not possible to achieve any objectives due to Covid19 restrictions but as Shree Ram Mandir has 3 accommodations which can be rented of which income was received. 

- The committee pursue where possible to achieve and maximise fund raising. 

- Video and filming is not allowed in the Mandir/Temple a notice has always been displayed on the wall since the temple was built. 

- A film crew used the venue in December 2021 to video Shree Ram Mandir Temple and Office in a film. This was organised by Hindu Forum, Walsall which was not approved by the elected trustees and committee.

Priest salary<br>was paid in full, Secretary refused to use the<br>furlough scheme provided by the Government<br>hence there was a huge loss of deficit approx.<br>over £15,000 not acting in the best interest of<br>the Shree Ram Mandir.<br> The temple was open during Covid19 where<br>majority place of worship was closed.<br>Statement explaining the  Para 1.22  As the building gets older, we find that more<br>policy for holding reserves  money needs to be spent on improving the<br>stating why they are held heating system particularly in our dining room,<br>and the committee is considering whether we<br>can allocate a budget to undertake this project<br>in the near future. Our<br>Treasurers retain a tight rein on finances,<br>which would be a source of concern in the<br>current economic climate. All expenditure is<br>carefully monitored, and all trustees are<br>involved in making decisions for capital<br>projects undertaken.<br> The management trustees have hardly<br>changed over the years. However the Acting<br>Vice President has not been keeping proper<br>accounts for Homeless and Seva International.<br>All executive members are trustworthy. - We have had only one point of contact from Secretary in many of the affairs which has been challenging with communication as information has not been shared. 

- Secretary has not shared Building and Contents Insurance Policy within the committee and then taken AOB out of the Agenda. Breaking GDPR sharing and circulating personal information without consent of the individuals at an AGM and then sharing this information on two WhatsApp groups which is detrimental to our Shree Ram Mandir Charity. Not acting in the best interest of the Charity. 

- Mismanagement from Secretary overruling and undermining the Elected Trustees. 

- A complaint letter dated 13[th] December 2020 was submitted to the Charity Commission has been fabricated by Secretary and misleading that the President was forced to resign however the President retired at the AGM on 20[th] October 2019.
