**Objects:** THE OBJECT OF THE ASSOCIATION IS TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND PROMOTE THE WELFARE OF BOTH THE PUPILS OF NETHER HALL SCHOOL (A MAINTAINED SPECIAL SCHOOL IN LEICESTERSHIRE) AND OF OTHER HANDICAPPED CHILDREN RESIDENT IN THE CATCHMENT AREA OF THE SCHOOL BY PROVIDING AND ASSISTING IN THE PROVISION OF FACILITIES AT THE SCHOOL (NOT NORMALLY PROVIDED BY THE LOCAL AUTHORITIES).
