**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF PANTYMWYN OF THE PARISH OF GWERNAFFIELD IN THE COUNTY OF CLWYD WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECEATION AND LEISURE TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** The hall committee organises the everyday running of the hall, fundraising events for its upkeep, and annual community events .The hall, serves the community as the only meeting place in the village, and is used by groups of all ages. Hall user groups: table tennis,indoor bowls,boccia,photography,yoga/pilates,tai chi,art,WI,brownies/rainbows,soup lunch,fundraising events, private hire, polling.
