Easington Charitable Trust helps the Easington miners & families in the Easington community since the pit closure in 1993, we give financial help to the members & wives & children ie, Sam Watson Rest Home for women & Scalby Homes for retired miners, & bus trips for the members & children & wives ie Durham Gala.

Objects: The Relief Of Any Member Or Former Member Of Easington Miners Lodge And Their Families Who Are In Conditions Of Need Hardship Of Distress, The Relief Of Any Female Employed Or Formerly Employed By The National Coal Board At Easington Colliery And Their Families Who Are In Conditions Of Need, Hardship Or Distress.
