TREASURER SGM REPORT on Accourifs- 281Iv22
A fairly comprehensive report on the accounts was given at our AGM BACK IN June, since then the
accounts have been audited and approved. Copies of these were sent out to members and no
questions on them have been received.
Headline though are:
Club Account ended the year a bank balance of £1637.58, with £90 owed from the trust account
(amortised payment of sound systern l year left). so the net effectNe balance was £1727.58. No
untoward costs experienced and a healthier position to end the year.
Trust Account ended the yearwith a bank balance of £8341.31, with £1500.70 of this in
commltted funds. so effective net unallocated amount of £6840.61
Net funds raised of £15584 (includes gift aid & bank Int %)-the largest amounts incoming being:
Bonus ball- £583
Whisky evening- £1615
Chrlstmas project - £7765
HMRCgift aid- £2451
Race Night- £2290
Ukraine collection - £880
Gave out £12362 in donations to varlous causes, plus project Costs throughout the year.
Bowlee
a successful venture into organising the Bowlee Family Fete saw us ending with a
profit of £680, which was shared with the Rotary club of Heywood 2020.

Ended the year with our trust and club accounts with Barclays and also a 'holdin< account with
CAF gold, as members will be award the CAF Gold had now been repla￿d with an account with
Skipton BS earning a higher interest rate (currently 2.62%)

expenditure experienced by the club during the Rotary financial year of 202112022.
