the year ended 31 December 2024

The Appeal is a Charitable Trust èstablishèd by Tru&l Déèd dglod 14th J2llLJary 1983. The obj8cI of the Appeal is
the raising of funds for the restoration and repair of the fabric of the Church of Sl Mary and All Saints in Great
Budworth, Cheghire and the provision. restoration and repair of ils monuments, ornaments. furnishings,
embellishments and organ and such other charitable purposes as in the opinion of the Trustees are for the benefit
ol the Church and the community of wh￿ch It forms part.

The Trustees are pleased to près8nl their report for the yeaf 2024
Tho fund$ raised in 2024 amounted lo £36.401 from regular pledges, interest and a Burns Night fundraisèr.
Charitable expenditure incurred in the year was £41.125 including £26,554 to complete the works idenllfied in the
2019 Quinquennial Inspection on levelling unaven paths, installing hand rails and repairs lo the east boundary
wall. A donlaion of £14,571 was made lo the Great Budworlh PCC from the joint Burns Night fundraiser.
Al 3181 December 2024, the unrestricted Funds of the App8al wero £108,541 12023.. £112,284) comprising tha
General Account of £104,965 and Friends Account of £3,576.
During the year. a not £15,000 was invested in the CCLA Charities Deposit Fund.

The linancial slalements have been p￿ pared under the historical cost convention and in accordance
with the Statement of Recommended Practice." Accounting and Reporting by Gharilies preparing their
a¢counls in ac¢ordanc8 with the Financial Reporting Standard applicable in the UK and Republic of
Iraland IFRS 1021 issued 16 July 2014 and with the Charities Act 2011. The Charity conslitules
public benafit entity as defined by FRS 102.

The Appeal is a Charitable Trust èslabllshed by Trust Deed dated 14th January 1983, The object of
the Appeal is the raising of funds for the resloralian and repair of the fabric of the Church of Sl Mary
and All Saints in Great Budworlh, Cheshire 8nd the provision, resloralion and repair of it's monuments,
ornaments, furnishings, embellishments and organ and Such other charitable purp05e$ as in the
