In So Far As Income Is Not Required For That Purpose Then For Charitable Purposes For The General Benefit Of The Inhabitants Of Cosby And Neighbourhood. 2) The Land Numbered 1 In The Schedule Shall Be Held On Trust For The Purpose Of A Recreation Ground As Aforesaid As A Memorial To The Men Cosby Who Fell In The Great War.
