**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, MAINTAIN, IMPROVE AND ADVANCE EDUCATION BY ENCOURAGING AND STIMULATING PUBLIC UNDERSTANDING AND APPRECIATION OF THE HISTORY AND CONTEMPORARY DEVELOPMENT OF THE BRISITH PARLIAMENT AND TO CULTIVATE THE STUDY OF PARLIAMENTARY AND CONSTITUTIONAL MATTERS.

**Activities:** Support of the research and publication in the history of Parliament, with particular reference to supporting the journal 'Parliamentary History' and publishing the Parliamentary History Texts and Studies series.  We hold conferences and publish the proceedings.
