**Activities:** Managed a redundant village hall with a view to rationalisation.In accordance with the governing document the trustees obtained permission to sell the Victoria Institute.  The property has been sold and the proceeds of the sale will be spent in accordance with the objects of the charity from time to time in due course.The Trustees will compose of a maximum of eight members of the community
