I report in respect of ry 8X8mination of Rigca Mal8 Choirfs accounts carri8d out under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in ¢arying out my examination I have followed all the applicable DIr￿110nS given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. I confirni that no material matters have come to my attention in connection with the examination giving me cause to believe Ihat in any material respect: Accounting records were not kept in respect of Risca Male Choir as required by sectron 130 01 ts Act.. I have been provided wrth the signed Independent Examiner's ReFort for th8 y8ar ended 31 March 2023 which contsins no areas of concem. and for that reason I hav8 no cause to doubt the comparative figures provided by the Treasurer. and will accept his assurances on them for the purposes of this review.
