I report on the accounts of the Risca Male Choir for the year ended 31 March 2023
that are set out on pages I to 5
Responsibilities and basis of report
The charity's trustees are responsible for the preparation of the accounts in
accordance with the requirements of the Charities Act 2011 (lhe A¢t'). The trustees
are sattsfied that th¢ accounts are not required by chaTity law to be audited and hav¢
chosen instead to have an independent examination.
I report in respect of my examinats.on of Risca Male Cboirfs accounts Carried out
under section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination I have
followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under
section 145(5)(b) of the Act.
Indepcndent examiner's statement
I have completed my examination. l conftrm that no material matteT5 have come to
my attention kn connection with the examination giving me cause to believe that in
any material respect:
accounting records were not kept in Tespect of Risca Male Choir Is required by
section 130 of the ACL or
2. the accounts do not accord with those records.
I have no concerns and have come across no other matters in connection with the
examination to which. In my opinion. attention should be drawn in this report in
order to enable a proper understanding of the accounts to be rea¢hed.
