**Objects:** TO ADVANCE THE EDUCATION AND TRAINING OF MEMBERS OF THE BIRMINGHAM INSURANCE INSTITUTE WHO ARE STUDYING FOR THE QUALIFYING EXAMINATIONS OF THE CHARTERED INSURANCE INSTITUTE AND TO AWARD SUCH PRIZE OR PRIZES FOR MERITORIOUS RESULTS AS THE TRUSTEES SHALL IN THEIR ABSOLUTE DISCRETION THINK FIT.

**Activities:** We encourage education by providing a prize for the most meritorious completion of Advanced Diploma and certain other examinations of the Chartered Insurance Institute, subject to certain set criteria.
