(III) HISTROIC CRAFTS AND CRAFTSMANSHIP. (B) TO MAKE PAYMENTS (UNDER COVENANT OR OTHERWISE IN FAVOUR OF A BODY OR BODIES OF PERSONS OR TRUST OR TRUSTS ESTABLISHED FOR CHARITABLE PURPOSES ONLY.
