Each nomination must be proposed by an ordinary member and seconded by an ordinary member and should be received by the Secretary at least one month before the Annual General Meeting. A list of proposed nominees should be posted in the Muslim Council 10 days office before the Annual General Meeting. In the event of any Trustee dying, resigning or being removed from office another shall be appointed by resolution of a majority of members present and entitled to vote at the annual general meeting or at a special general meeting.
