**Objects:** THE COUNCIL SHALL ACT AS THE PARENT OR CO-ORDINATING ORGANISATION FOR SCHOOLS'SPORTS IN CLEVELAND (COMPRISING THE BOROUGHS OF HARTLEPOOL, MIDDLESBROUGH,REDCAR AND CLEVELAND AND STOCKTON) IN ORDER TO HELP AND EDUCATE BOYS AND GIRLS THROUGH THEIR LEISURE TIME ACTIVITIES TO DEVELOP THEIR PHYSICAL, MENTAL ANDSPIRITUAL CAPACATIES THAT THEY MAY GROW TO MATURITY AS INDIVIDUALS AND MEMBERSOF SOCIETY AND CONDITIONS OF LIFE MAY BE IMPROVED.
