The foundation provides & maintains the Offchurch Village Hall to provide facilities for leisure activities and meetings, lectures & learning opportunities to enhance the enjoyment and lives of all inhabitants of the parish and surrounding district.
Objects: To Be Held Upon Trust For The Purpose Of A Village Hall For The Use Of The Inhabitants Of The Parish Of Offchurch In The County Of Warwickshire And Its Environs Without Distinction Of Political Religious Or Other Opinions Including Use For Meetings Lectures And Classes And For Other Forms Of Recreation And Leisure-Time Occupation With The Object Of Improving The Conditions Of Life For The Said Inhabitants.
