**Objects:** THE PROVISION AND MAINTENANCE OF A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF RAITHBY AND THE NEIGHBOURHOOD, WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL, RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Our charity maintains and provides a venue for various activities.  From village meetings, events, private events and events open to any member of the public.  The hall is fully maintained and is available for the general public throughout the calendar year.  The hall is also used as a venue for local education classes etc.
