**Objects:** TO PROMOTE, IMPROVE, DEVELOP AND MAINTAIN PUBLIC EDUCATION IN AND APPRECIATION OF THE ARTS AND SCIENCES OF MUSIC, OPERA, BALLET, DRAMA, FILM, LITERATURE, PAINTING, DRAWING, PHOTOGRAPHY AND SCULPTURE IN ALL THEIR ASPECTS BY THE PRESENTATIO OF PUBLIC CONCERTS, PERFORMANCES, ARTS EXHIBITIONS AND IN SUCH OTHER WAYS AS THE FESTIVAL COMMITTEE SHALL FROM TIME TO TIME DETERMINE.
