**Objects:** TO PROMOTE THE ADVANCEMENT OF PUBLIC EDUCATION IN LOCAL HISTORY IN WARWICKSHIRE. (FOR FURTHER DETAILS SEE CLAUSE 3 OF THE CONSTITUTION).

**Activities:** The object of the charity is to promote the study of local history in Warwickshire.   It does this by lectures and by publications.   The Society meets approximately ten times yearly to hear speakers, and to visit sites of historical interest, It publishes Warwickshire History and a bulletin, both  distributed free to members twice a year.
