**Objects:** A VILLAGE HALL FOR THE USE OF THE INHABITANTS OF THE PARISH OF LITTLE BYTHAM IN THE COUNTY OF LINCOLN (HEREINAFTER CALLED THE AREA OF BENEFIT) WITHOUT DISTINCTION OF POLITICAL RELIGIOUS OR OTHER OPINIONS, INCLUDING USE FOR MEETINGS, LECTURES AND CLASSES, AND FOR OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE-TIME OCCUPATION, WITH THE OBJECT OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE SAID INHABITANTS.

**Activities:** Little Bytham Village Hall is used weekly by various local groups ie, Guides, Brownies & Rainbows. Also a very talented art group meets every week. We are regularly used by our Parish Council and local churches .  Our hall is also used by local people for children's parties, weddings, bingo, quiz evenings, concerts and specialist talks.
