Weshouldn'tunderestimatethefinancialimpactonlocalScoutingandCheshireCounty;thesuspensionof face-to-face
Scoutingmeantanimmediatecurtailingofexpenditure,temporaryclosureofourActivityCentres,thefurloughing of
staffandtherewillundoubtedlybemorechallengingdecisionsahead.However,withtheretail,hospitalityand leisure
grants,furloughscheme,recoveryfund,plusotherlocalexternalfunding.suchasCheshireCommunityFoundation ;
Scouting in Cheshire has been well supported throughout the pandemic.
