**Objects:** PROVIDE AND MAINTAIN THE COMMUNITY CENTRE BUILDING (HEREINAFTER CALLED 'THE CENTRE') AND PROMOTE THE USE OF THE CENTRE BY VOLUNTARY NON-POLITICAL/NON-SECTARIAN ORGANISATIONS AND GROUPS, AND LOCAL RESIDENTS FOR THE CONDUCT OF MEETINGS, LECTURES, CLASSES AND OTHER FORMS OF RECREATION AND LEISURE ACTIVITIES, WITH THE AIM OF IMPROVING THE CONDITIONS OF LIFE FOR THE LOCAL COMMUNITY.
