You **may choose** to include further statements, where relevant, about: - policy on grantmaking; - policy programme related investment; - contribution made by volunteers. **April 2009** **TAR** 3 ## Section D Achievements and performance **Summary of the main achievements of the charity during the year** - Nantwich Players had 140 members during the period, with 25 members of its Youth Theatre and many on the waiting list. Due to the Coronavirus Pandemic only production, which was streamed over the internet. - Building work was completed on a mezzanine workshop and properties store utilising previously unused space at the Players’ Theatre. **April 2009** **TAR** 4 ## **Section E Financial review** ~~ee~~ **Brief statement of the charity’s policy on reserves** Reserves are divided into General Reserves and Property Fund Reserves. General Reserves are available for the Executive Committee to allocate as required for operational, maintenance, refurbishment and repair purposes. Land and Buildings No1 Love Lane was purchased in March 2009 for £84,796.50. The land and Buildings have been valued at cost. 2. Stock at Bar. As in past y8ars the Stock at Bar has not been refiected in the accounts. 3. Bank Balances The movement on the accounts is shown on page 5. The RBS Current Account is used by the General Fund for ev8ryd8y business. One Leek United Building Society Account is used as a contingency savings account by the General Fund. The Nat West Curr8nt Account is used by the Property Development Fund. The other Leek United Building Society Account is used as a savings account for the Property Development Fund. 4. Mortgages, from Nantwich Town CounGil (NTC) The No 1 Loan for £50,000 is repayable over 1 Oyears at six monthly intervals. Each payment for interest and princip81 is £2,783.18. The first repayment was made in October 2009 and the final payment in April 2019.. A No 2 Loan was taken from NTC for £40,000 repayable over l O years at six month5y intervals. Each payment of interest and principle is £2,329.83. The first repayment was made in September 2016 S. Property Reserve This reserve represents amounts transferred out of other reseNes as capital repayments are made on both the No 18nd 2 NTC Loans 6. Loan Repayment. The Trust madé the final payment on the No 1 loan on 8th April 2019.
