AGM and Trustee’s Report Year Ending March 2021
Due to COVID 19 and associated restrictions 1[st] Hindley (All Saints) Scout Group remained closed. No AGM was held due to aforementioned restrictions.
Treasurers Report
During this financial year the Group treasure applied and received grants from Wigan Council which are shown within the Group accounts balance sheet. A summary is shown below:

These grants enabled the Scout Group to remain financially viable and prepare the premises for reopening.
Trustees Report
Mrs E. Patterson (trustee) due to COVID. The remaining trustees, due to limited Group activity, have very little to report other than acknowledging the grants received from Wigan MBC.
The trustees would like to thank the leaders for continuing security and safety checks of the scout hut and conducting basic maintenance tasks.
