(3) THE ORGANISATION OF ANNUAL CROSS COUNTRY CHAMPIONSHIPS, ANNUAL TRACK AND FIELD CHAMPIONSHIPS, ANNUAL RACE WALKING CHAMPIONSHIPS AND SUCH OTHER ATHLETIC EVENTS AS MAY FROM TIME TO TIME SEEM DEISIRABLE. (4) THE ENCOURAGEMENT OF CO-OPERATION BETWEEN SCHOOLS AND THE VARIOUS PARENT ASSOCIATIONS.
