TO PROVIDE AND EXHIBITION, NOT ONLY OF AN ATTRACTIVE CHARACTER, BUT ONE CALCULATED TO CREAT HEALTHY RIVALRY AND BE OF A USEFUL AND EDUCATIONAL CHARATER IN THE INTEREST OF AGRICULTURE GENERALLY.
