In 2022 we contracted with 2 new**<br>**groups in Pimms and Needles and a Baby**<br>**Massage Class.**<br>**The Hall continues to be in demand as a**<br>**venue for family celebrations with**<br>**popular.**<br>**Community events held here were also**<br>**well attended by the local community,**<br>**including: A Hall Open day for the late**<br>**Queens Jubilee BBQ,  & Christmas Heart**<br>**for Hart event.**<br>**During the 2022 after raising funds and**<br>**with the help of a National Lottery grant**<br>**of over £8,000 The Trustees executed a**<br>**plan to further upgrade the Hall to**<br>**provide sound deadening doors and new**<br>**flooring. The building was also fully**|

**decorated. This enhanced facilities for use by hirers of the Hall.**

## **Financial Review**

Para 1.21  2022 was a strong financial year<br>financial position at the end  compared to 2021.<br>of the period  The Hall raises most of its income from<br>the hiring out of the facilities for both<br>regular classes and casual hire (typically<br>Birthday Party) events. In 2022 income<br>from these areas met or was close to our<br>budget.<br>Income from regular users totalled to<br>£12,706.This comprised of £5,176 from<br>leisure classes, £2,024 from pre-school<br>classes and £5,506 from exercise<br>classes.<br>Income from casual users which include<br>family celebrations and evening events<br>provided a further income of £7,323. I report to the trustees on my examination of the accounts of the above 31 December 2022. Responsibilities and basis As the charity's trustees, you are responsible for the preparation of the of report accounts in accordance with the requirements of th section 145 of the 2011 Act and in carrying out my examination, I have followed all the applicable Directions given by the Charity Commission under section 145(5)(b) of the Act. 

Independent examiner's I have completed my examination.  I confirm that no material matters have statement come to my attention in connection with the examination (other than the comment below) which gives me cause to believe that in, any material respect: the accounting records were not kept in accordance with section 130 of the Charities Act; or the accounts did not accord with the accounting records; or the accounts did not comply with the applicable requirements concerning the form and content of accounts set out in the Charities (Accounts and Reports) Regulations 2008 other than any requirement considered as part of an independent examination.
