The work of the Trust is ffinanced parNy by fee ir￿rne and paruy by inrAThe alorMJ wth renewal hèat incentsve.
Total income in the year under review wa5 £103.866 ¥thich £69.796 wa$ fee income and £25.199 ￿ra gifts.
Trust does not engage in fvndraising actNibes. The total ￿serveS at Ihe year end were £793,863. vnth £150,000 being
r8sln.clod lund$ and £643.863 being unrestrbcted.

Th9 4wommodats.on and grounds comprising the Centre are the mean5 by vthich the Trust 2thi8ves ts objects and
8re the ￿n￿paI source ol the Income of the Trust and the winc4pal object of rts experKlttur8. In Dec8mb8f 2015 a
professional valLtation assossed the rebuild ￿sts of the Centre. induding ner*wry consents and prof•ssional lees,
8$ £850,000. The Trustees, aim is to keep the Centre available ￿patiOn throughout Ih• yèar, and to maintain
the ftyb￿ and improve the faalitses year on year. An or major repair whith neces￿l3t85 temporary dosur•
of the C•ntr• wll involve loss of fee income withc4Jt a compensating redu¢tK)n in overhead èxpen¢Jrture. Further, a
major rè￿WaI or improvement will almost certainly require funding from fr￿leS other thar% I￿[r￿nt fee incom•. There
