Structure Governance and Management

The Ecclesia is governed by a constitution dated January 19[th] , 2016 and managed by a committee elected by the members of the Ecclesia.

Objectives and Activities

To advance the Christian Faith in accordance with the Christadelphian Statement of Faith through the holding of meetings for Worship, Prayer and Preaching of the Bible and provide religious teaching materials and publications based on the Bible to promote charitable works and pastoral care.

This is achieved through weekly meetings to which the public are invited and regular charity events. Achievement and Performance

The Trustees report that throughout the year under review, the work of the Ecclesia has continued in providing for the needs of its members and others in Preaching, organising Charitable events and young peoples’ clubs and donations to other Charitable Bodies both in the UK and Overseas. Financial Review

The trustees accept that they are required to prepare accounts for each financial year which comply with the Charities Act 1993 as updated by the Charities Act 2006 and to represent the state of the affairs of the charity, including the receipts and payments of the Ecclesia for the year. In preparing the accounts the trustees have selected suitable accounting policies and have applied them consistently,made judgements and estimated where appropriate and prepared the accounts on a going concern basis
