rfs Since our last AGM (May 26th 2024) so much has happened. We have had new people join us as a church, which is wonderful! We have more children and teenagers and have seen current ministries develop and new ministries stsrted. This has included a mid-week 'connecV group which has become a Craft Group. We have taken RE lessons In a new local primary school and our worship team has grown and developed! Praise God! We based our Sunday morning sermons on Paul's letter to the Ephesians from January to June 2024 and we have b￿n studying the ministries of Elijah and Ellsha from January to May 2025. We had a very successful Church Festival with Cam Walsh providing Gospel Illuslons with a Gospel message. Stuart Bell, former leader of Ground Level and pastor of Alive Church Llncoln speaking. A member of Teen Challenge gave a testlmony. Worship was led by our own worship band and our Christian DJ MATfREX provlded muslc. I had the prlvllege of speaking at the Lighthouse Holiday Club team meetlng, the Churches Together United Christmas Service and the week of Christian Unity Service. At Christmas we provided around 25 Sh￿ boxes for Samaritsn's Purse Christmas Child Project and with a g￿at team of volUnt￿rs, led by Lesley, we provided food parcels for more than 25 families. We had a great Nativity Service and a good Chrlstmas meal. We had a successful church pub quiz in November. In September we ran a Giving Sunday in which people were very generous. We have moved from SMCC on Bellamy Road to Big Barn Lane. This has been a challenge, but we have a great set up team, PA team and catering team. To ensure that people who dont have a car are able to attend church, we hire a mini bus each week and have a great team of drivers to pick people up and take them to our new base. At Easter, we again gave out Easter Eggs and Gospel tracts outside Tesco and supported the churches together Walk of Witness. Out three Life Groups and the weekly prayer meeting continue and are going well. We created and gave out a questionnaire to try and gauge how we can attratt more people to attend Life Groups, as these are very important for building relationships together, studying the word of God, Worship and Prayer. As a result of this we have started an online Life Group which is accessible for all people, especially those without transport and those who have children. We try to ensure that all who belong to Life Church f￿1 welcomed, loved, valued and are able to use their gifts. My prayer is that in everithing, we a￿ transparent, righteous and that we stand strong on the Word of God and live out His word in all we do. That we continue to allow the Holy Spirit to pour out His anointing and gifts on us, not just on a Sunday morning, but every day of the week. My desire is to see more people giving their lives to the Lord, to S￿ new people join Llfe Church and for us to reach out to the next generation. To see more families join us and to see our children's and youth work develop, our mlnistries thrive In order that we continue to be healthy and honouring to God.
