**Objects:** THE ADVANCEMENT OF EDUCATION AND THE FURTHERANCE OF RELIGION AT THE SCHOOL OF ST. MARY AND ST. ANNE, ABBOTS BROMLEY AND THE RELIEF OF POVERTY OF THOSE EDUCATED THERE. TO ASSIST ANY CHARITABLE BODY OR BODIES FINANCIALLY OR OTHERWISE.

**Activities:** Alumni Association which holds meetings for previous pupils and staff of Abbots Bromley School, re-union meetings around the country and enables ex pupils and ex staff to keep in touch with one another.  It helps past pupils and staff who are experiencing financial or any other difficulties.
